Dear Friends,
On April 14th, I will be one of twenty-five road bikers peddling from Baltimore to Key West, FL to benefit the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults. Together, we hope to create an avenue of funding and support for the continuing fight against cancer through the great work of the Ulman Cancer Fund (UCF).
I have accepted the challenge to raise over $4,500 before I hit the road this spring. Your tax deductible donation will not only help support the Key to Keys program, but will directly be used for UCF’s direct services to young adults with cancer in the Baltimore area.
As a 5 year cancer survivor of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, I continue to search for ways to help others who battle cancer, especially young adults who should be excited about graduating college, starting their first job or planning a marriage instead of facing life altering health issues. With your support, I will dedicate my ride to your loved ones and friends who have battled cancer, and will keep you plugged into to our daily journey. Will you support this mission?

The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults changes lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. With your support, the Ulman Cancer Fund is able to provide free support services and resources for the young adult cancer community including:
Cancer to 5K - a 12-week training program designed to introduce or reintroduce cancer survivors to physical activity.
UCF House - a “home away from home” to provide free housing for young adult cancer patients, and their caregivers, in East Baltimore.
Patient Navigation - a free program (onsite at cancer centers and remotely through our office) that ensures no young adult ever faces cancer alone. We provide one-on-one support & resources to young adults and their families to help them manage the cancer experience and long-term cancer survival.
Scholarships - a financial assistance program to help young adults continue their education after being affected by cancer through their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a loved one.
